SEc. 20. (a) That no individual, partnership, or associa-
5 tion, (b) corporation not incorporated under this Act or un-
Gder a law of the United States, or (c) corporation of the

District of Columbia, shall engage in commerce among the
8 several States or with foreign nations under a name in con-
9 nection with which the legend "Federal Inc. U. S. A." is used.
10 Any person violating this section shall upon conviction
11
thereof be fined not more than $100 for each violation.

any written statement or advertisement, in any form, stat-
3 ing the amount of the authorized capital stock, without also
4 stating as the amount actually paid in a sum not greater

than such amount paid in. Any person violating any pro-

SEC. 22. That the following Acts, including adminis- trative and penal provisions thereof, shall extend to the acts.

SEC. 21. That no stockholder, director, officer, employee,
or agent of a corporation shall make, issue, or publish
16 any statement, written or oral, or advertisement, in any
17 form, as to the value or as to facts affecting the value of
18 stocks, bonds, or other evidences of debt, or as to the
19 financial condition or transactions, or facts affecting such
20 condition or transactions, of any corporation which has
21 issued or is to issue stocks, bonds, or other evidences of
22 debt, if he knows or has reason to believe that any
23 material representation in such statement or advertisement
24 is false. No stockholder, director, officer, employee, or
25 agent of a corporation shall, if all the authorized capital
directors, officers, employees, and agents thereof, in their
13 capacity as such, even though such acts, failures, or omis
sions occur without the territorial jurisdiction of the United
15 States:
